Our first Sri Lanka week sold out in no time – so we’re opening a second week for anyone who didn't secure their place for the first edition!
Escape the winter and spend a dreamy week with us under the Sri Lankan palm trees.
Join us for our 2026 winter edition vol 2 in Sri Lanka, Ahangama, for an intimate retreat week filled with daily bikini surfs, pilates and movement sessions, lazy poolside reads, and perhaps a few after-surf sunset drinks by the beach. Could it get any better?
Our retreats bring together everything that makes you feel good: movement in and out of the water, wholesome and nutritious food, meeting new people, or simply relaxing with a book. Think wellness, with a generous hint of hedonism.
We couldn’t be more excited for this winter edition, where we’ve teamed up with amazing partners. Emilie De La Chapelle will guide us through four pilates sessions, while surf coach and teacher Nico Kalli and his team will take care of us in the water for our daily surf sessions. During the week, you'll also have the possibility to book yourself in for a massage treatment with the wonderful You Are The Sea massage therapists.
As for the food, we will share brunches at the villa prepared by the amazing Chloe Walsh, and 2 homemade dinners cooked by a local chef.
Our home base for the week is the beautiful Kara House, a hideaway surrounded by lush jungle, only 200 m from the beach and a short stroll or tuktuk ride from Ahangama’s cafés, restaurants, and shops. We’re also right next to several excellent surf breaks, making it easy for those eager to sneak in extra surf sessions.
Please note this is a limited-edition retreat with only 8 spots available, open to all genders and to every level in surf and pilates.

Ahangama & The Villa
Ahangama sits on the south coast of Sri Lanka, and has quickly become the mecca of surfing in Sri Lanka over the past years. It's a small and charming village blending palm-lined surf breaks and an endless number of cafés and restaurants, all in a nice laid-back vibe. Ahangama and its surroundings offer a wide range of surf breaks for every level of surfer.
Kara, our home for the week, is a lovingly renovated 4-bedroom villa in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood within the Ahangama area, surrounded by lush jungle. Set 200m from the beach, Kara is at the heart and soul of this beautiful community, just a stone's throw from some of the best surf breaks and some great local and international restaurants and cafes.
Surfing
The south coast of Sri Lanka offers an endless choice of waves and is famous for its mellow, intermediate-friendly breaks. Surf lessons will be led by coach and teacher Nico Kalli and his team, who call Sri Lanka their second home.
The teaching is always tailored to your level, whether you’re a complete beginner or a confident intermediate, Nico and his crew will make sure you’re taken to the best beach with the right conditions for you.
We’ll enjoy one surf session each day, with the option to rent a board if you’d like to sneak in as many extra free-surf sessions as you wish.

Pilates & movement
Emilie de la Chapelle is a massage therapist and yoga & pilates instructor based in Sri Lanka. With a decade of teaching experience, she combines her background as a surfer, all-around mover, and bodywork therapist to offer a down-to-earth approach to movement and healing that helps you find balance and feel strong.

The food
At our retreats, we bring joy to wellness through food. The meals are colorful, nutritious, homemade, and wholesome. At this Sri Lanka edition, we will share daily colorful brunches at the villa cooked by the lovely Chloe Walsh, as well as two home-cooked dinners by a local chef using seasonal produce. For the rest of the meals, we will explore the endless restaurants and cafes Ahangama has to offer.
