BONBON COMMUNITY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions are intended to create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

By transferring your pre-payment, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions on this page. Thank you!

 

1. PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT

 

1.1. Upon confirmation of your booking, the customer can choose to pay in installments, starting with a 20% deposit of the total amount, or pay the full amount.

1.2. The deposit is only refundable if cancellation is made within 24 hours of making the booking. By choosing the installment payment you commit to follow through with the rest of the payments. The cancellation must be clearly stated in an email. It is possible to transfer your booking to another person if you cannot join. Please note that the booking fee is not refundable.

1.3. The remaining balance must be paid by the customer to Bonbon Community before the retreat according to the agreed payment plan.

1.4. If payment of the balance is not received by the date set in these Terms & Conditions, Bonbon Community reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit payment.

1.5. The remaining balance for the retreat is refundable IF canceled at least two (2) months before the retreat's start date. If paid in full, we reserve the right to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount. Alternatively, you may transfer your booking to another person with prior approval from the Bonbon Community team.

1.6. Bonbon Community reserves the right to offer discretionary discounts, and this does not affect the status of any guests who have paid the full price.

 

2. RIGHT TO CHANGES

 

2.1. Due to illness of staff, matters concerning participant safety, operational circumstances such as property damage, and other reasons, Bonbon Community reserves the right to amend the booking dates.

2.2. Bonbon Community is not liable for any additional costs or losses that may occur to the client due to these types of changes, including airfares.

 

3. TRAVEL INSURANCE

3.1. We highly recommend that you have valid travel insurance for the duration of your stay at the retreat. The insurance should cover medical treatment, illnesses, accidents, personal injury, lost/stolen property, and travel delay/cancellation. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they have this in place before traveling.

3.2. Bonbon Community is not responsible for accidents or injuries sustained due to any activities during the retreat.

 

4. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

4.1. Any belongings left at the property are the sole responsibility of the client.

4.2. Bonbon Community and its staff are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.
